I am so pleased with this chair! I thought it would be a cheap built chair and break easily, was I ever wrong! I was easy to assemble and the quality is very good. Cushion conforms and doesn't sink in, back rest is acceptional well with no irritation and, the lumbar support is phenominal! The wheels move freely, doesn't have that feeling of tipping over when you lean back. Height adjust is excellant and lock in doesn't move! armrests are very comfortable and adjust to desired position. I'd say this chair is one of those expensive high dollar chairs and glad I bought it!
